Pharmacy excellent & kind & friendly also. Virtually impossible to get an appointment with my designated GP as he is rarely in surgery & very much in demand. Old appointment system much more helpful & efficient - the system NOT the staff. Far too many part time doctors some of whom seem disinterested though some (ladies particularly) very thorough & sensitive.

Like seeing the nurse who was able to prescribe the medication I needed without seeing the GP same day appointment at good time for me thanks!

The dispensary staff are all very friendly and helpful The receptionists are always polite and helpful It is easy to get an appointment to see a nurse Doctor access & availability has over the last few years (since the system changed) has become almost untenable to me the patient. I find it totally inconvenient to phone the receptionist and then to wait for the Dr to phone. Then to have a conversation ot assess whether I be allowed to see him
